Helpful staff-Concierge Clay Powell helped me get tickets to Washington Nationals game; Rooftop Bar, Location in DC, 3 blocks from Metro Station, Modern decor and hip ambiance - Fail Safe and Citizen Cain-dispalyed in Hotel Lobby

I liked:
I would score this hotel an 11 if it were a score! From the booking to the departure, it was a pleasure. The decor of the hotel is fun and functional. It is very clean and well organized. I don't know how they do it but, the staff are all such pretty people. They were all very helpful. We are only sorry we didn't have more time to stay.

I liked:
clean design, fun bathrooms, floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking Thomas Circle, 100% cotton sheets and comfortable beds.
I disliked:
I was woken up on a Sunday morning at 5:45 a.m.by a phone call from reception that an adjoining room complained about cigarette smoke coming from my room. Don't smoke, never have. An employee came by to verify my claim. I never received an apology from any of the hotel staff.

I liked:
The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. The hotel was booked due to the Cherry Blossom Festival so they upgraded us to a King Suite that overlooked Thomas Cirlce. The decor was very modern, not particularly my favorite style but I found it to be very comfortable and sexy.
I disliked:
The hallways. I found them to be a bit creepy. The dark purple walls and carpet made me feel like I was in a nightclub. I think they should try to soften it up with some small tables and art work.

I really liked Donovan's house it was great! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was just like the picture shows it was nice and romantic! I will come back to stay!
I disliked:
I didn't like the shower .

I liked:
the location is good, the rooms are ok, and the atnosphere in the hotel is pleasant
I disliked:
there is no breakfast or lunch area, and my room waqs very small, probably because I booked thru expedia. But what I liked the least is that upon checkout I was told I had to pay for the coffee in the room....the staff took it off my bill but later I found out my credit card was still charged. That's bad!!

i like cause of your staff. They were so kindly and smily. the most importatn one is your manager was a Turkish pretty women.
I disliked:
because hotel was new so it had some problems example there was not lounges for lunch , rest etc. And your baths are really unuseful
